Puzzle Description:

Somewhere out West: Mustangs and Mesas (that's western USA, perhaps Utah or Arizona, for those of you in other parts of the world)

Nice image.

Great job. Sometimes I had to keep searching over and over for one square I could dot out just to keep going down at the bottom. Once I got past a certain point, though, (about a third done with the bottom) it just flew.

Thanks for your entry!

Really nice puzzle, Robyn. Great detail. I like how you arranged it.

Thanks, Teresa. The title, by the way, are the literal English translations of the words "mustangs" and "mesas." Of course, nobody would call a wild horse a "stray" or a magnificent rock formation a "table"!

Wnoderful! Thanks

What a great image. Very nice storying telling. No words needed.

I really like this puzzle. I hope to adopt and train some one day.

Same as with a couple Martin, train first and adopt later ;-D

I've been training for some time. As one of my mentors likes to say, starting with a mustang means not having to correct someone else's mistakes. :)

The blue goes by very fast, but the black is very challenging!
#12: BlackCat (BlackCat) on Dec 1, 2016
Seeing this puzzle again I find it still a great image.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this. The image has wonderful composition and movement. The geography is superb, as is the perfect balance of blue, black and white space. Finally, the title has at least three fun parts- the translation, as well as the spoonerisms Trays and stables [horsey] , and before you start solving it could refer to a restaurant server (trays and tables).
