Puzzle Description:

Another story about my kids! My older son gave himself a haircut tonight, as shown. I tried to even it out with scissors but I am not sure it was an improvement!

Nice image. When I was a kid, I cut the whiskers off the cat! But I don't think I ever cut my own hair.

Josie did that to herself when she was six or so. She accidently scratched her head with a pair of scissiors in school she said. I actually cried. It took ages to grow out, as she had long hair.

LOL. I have heard so many stories like that.

My daughter Karie, who has long blond hair, cut off all her bangs down to the scalp. She was about 10 (going on 5). That was the day before our family was interviewed for a local television special. We did the interview as scheduled and nobody said a word about her hair. :-)

Cute puzzle, Robyn.

So funny. When I was around 4 or 5, mom would put my hair up in a pony tail or braid which I would use to slap my sister with. One day as mom was napping my sis cut my hair off right behind the band. Never wore my hair that way again till after I was married.

Yep, my daughter cut her hair once too. What a disaster, lol

With boys you can say, "Let's play Army. This part is called the Induction Haircut." And you buzz the whole thing down to 1/4".

fun puzzle and comments
My sister and her friend decided that they would cut each others hair when they were about four. My sister started cutting first. Then it was her turn...but they were caught before her hair was ruined too bad...she got a bob. Her friend was a different story...she ended up with a buzz. lol.
The best part of that story is that my sister is now a stylist and cuts hair for a living. :D
#9: Barb Edwards (babarann) on Jan 28, 2010 [SPOILER]
When I was in kindergarten, the kids at my table were calling me Barber (Barbara, get it?) and asking me to cut their hair. Why I cut my own instead of one of theirs, I don't recall. I picked up what used to be my bangs and held them to my forehead hoping they'd take root. I wouldn't move my hand so the teacher solved it by sending me to the nurse for a headache. The nurse sent me home, hand still on forehead, walking all by myself! What a different time that was!
