Puzzle Description:

A 7-week old embryo. Actual size: 1/2 inch! Hard to believe something so small could make me so sick-- morning to night! I'm due in April.

Awwwww, how cute! His/her heart started beating weeks ago, if you can believe it! Congratulations.

As for feeling sick, try keeping a small amount of carb-rich food in your tummy all the time. When I was at this stage, I could barely stand to eat anything but crackers, bread, noodles, and such. But I had it pretty easy compared to some.

Congratulations, Arduinna!!! Beautiful puzzle - good image and lots of fun with all the edge logic.

Development in the womb is so amazing, and fascinating. One of my favorite videos is this one that used 4D ultrasound to capture some interesting fetal behaviors: "A Guided Tour"

Thanks all! We're very exited. We haven't told everyone yet since it's so early, but it's hard not to blab!

LOL Theresa you're missing a "C".

Jota, I really must be missing something more than a C because I don't know what you are referring to???
#12: Arduinna (arduinna) on Sep 9, 2009
Exited, excited-- completely different meanings! And an English teacher should know better! But I just blame all my mistakes on pregnancy these days. Of course, I'm the only one allowed to do that. When I'm snippy at the hubby, he's not allowed to blame it on me being hormonal.

Ohhhh, that Theresa. I forgot that we share the same name, different spelling.

Hormones are powerful agents. It's really something how a teeny tiny baby can cause such great upheaval in Mama's emotions. That will last about 25 years. Or longer. :-)

Nice double standard.

Yes, one of the advantages of being a woman monkeyboy. We all got together and agreed that it was necessary to have it so we can cope better with menstruations, labor pain and other nuisances men don't have.
