The Maximal logo from Beast Wars. Maximals are the descendants of the Autobots. In the show, the maximals take forms of mammals after crash landing on Prehistoric Earth (, with the exception of two of the defectors from the Predacons. They are led by Optimus Primal.

Predacons? Optimus Primal? I sense plagiarism from Transformers! Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots, and their enemies are the Decepticons. Optimus Prime/Primal, by the way, roughly means "Best First."

It kept looking like a monkey with very long arms.

I believe that some major and minor things were used from the G1 transformers because these are their descendents. There are several references in the show, especially in season 3 when the ark with the G1 transformers was found(and almost destroyed). Besides, the show is set in the future/past of the Transformers. As for the sign, I could see why it looked like that. In truth, I have no Idea if it is a real creature or not.

It looked like poultry to me, at firsst. :-) Then it evolved, and turned into a really cool image. I liked this one, even though I am not the least bit familiar with Beast Wars or Autobots.

I saw this as a spatchcock for most of the solve.
Maybe because I recently saw the Sledgehammer video.
