We seem to be having a run of cute devils, here and in #6287. A cute devil is an interesting concept, but this one would be more interesting with more white space.
I don't speak Dutch either, but my guess is the same as Meg's plus I'm guessing "ea" would translate into Canadian as "eh?" (I don't really speak Canuck, eh, but I live in a border town.)
