Hm. The puzzle is flagged as solvable with line and color logic. I got to 96% with that, but then needed to use some advanced logic to place the rightmost 2's in rows 15 and 16. After that the rest was solvable with line and color logic. So I think the puzzle should be flagged as needing minor lookahead.
