BEST LEMONADE EVER
In a small sauce pan, add 1 c water, 1 c sugar and zest of 1 lemon (I use a potato peeler, just the yellow outside part). Boil 5 minutes, let cool. Strain into pitcher, add 1 c lemon juice, 6-7 c water, depending how strong you want the lemonade. Pour into tumblers w/ ice. Delicious!
