The frog symbolizes renewal, Spring, and fertility.

The cricket is used to denote Springtime, fertility and water.

The crane represents the end of summer. Do you think it looks like Big Bird? :-)

The dragonfly is a symbol of Springtime, fertility, or renewal, and is considered a messenger.

I think this is my favorite of the series. Maybe it's because the images are things I can actually relate to.

My favorite too. I just found these yesterday. One more, then I'm done.

Thanks. That was the trickiest symbol to make. My tricky cricket! I'm rather proud of him. :-)

yes - very nice puzzle. i like all of the symbols. i think what i like most about native symbols (many cultures) is the economy of the design - nothing superfluous, just basic shapes and lines to denote the object.

I recognized them all, except the cricket which I thought looked a little like a rabbit. :) Great job of depicting them in such a small space.
