Oops! Here ya go:

The diamond is a symbol for the wind. This emblem invokes the power of the four winds. Many Native Americans perceive the Wind as the Giver of Life. As a symbol of Life, the diamond represents eternal equality, unity, and freedom from fear.

The double diamond is a symbol for the Shaman's Eye and represents healing.

The circle with 8 spokes represent the Hogan, the permanent circular structure of many tribes. This would be the view from the sky. This represents a longtime home.

That weird symbol on the bottom right is a bird, representing that which is lighthearted and carefree.
