Actually the knife is for chopping veggies. Today I made black bean salsa soup. I made up the recipe. Sauteed onions and peppers, add tomatoes, water, black beans, zucchini, cilantro, garlic, and season to taste. Simmer. Yum.

Oh I wish the maid was in the kitchen! I would settle for the soup.

Yum! That sounds delicious - would it work in a slow cooker?

Is the maid a cookin' or a kissin'?

I'll bet it would be a great crock pot soup. Try it and let us know. I made it for my daughter Karie so she could have something low-calorie that tastes good - and no fat!
