LOL! I didn't know what I was looking at, but I figured based on the title, that it was a pose of some sort. Then it suddenly hit me! Nice one!

Awesome - I finished it, sat back and all of a sudden the picture just snapped into focus. Very nice!

Thanks Teresa! I love it and rated 5 because it was fun to solve, not extremely difficult but hard enough, the end result is fantastic, you dedicated it to me and the resemblance is amazing, believe it or not!

BTW, The benefits of this pose are:
Stretches the entire front of the body, the ankles, thighs and groins, abdomen, chest, and throat.
Stretches the deep hip flexors (psoas).
Strengthens back muscles.
Improves posture.
Stimulates the organs of the abdomen and neck.

Thanks, Adam, Meg and Jota! I like the puzzle better than the pose itself. :-) In fact, I may not have the pose portrayed accurately here. Should the hands be holding/touching the bottoms of the feet? When I try this pose, my fingers don't come close to touching my feet. Oh well, I seem to be better at exercising my mind than my body.

Maybe some people are more flexible than others. :-)

Obviously I don't do yoga because I can't figure out what this is. It looks like a dead bug to me. What am I missing?

I tried this after I solved this, and I could touch my feet! :) I couldn't hold it for very long, though. If you look at her feet and the top line of her hand, it sort of looks like a camel. :) I kept expecting it to be a camel's face, with the hair being its eye. Very good depiction of a person's body.
