Thanks. It's a very symmetrical structure, but I tried to break up the symmetry to make it more challenging, and it turned out to be a bit more difficult than I wanted, but I didn't want it to be too easy either. :-)
#4: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Apr 27, 2009
It was just right. Well done.
#5: Shae (shaekin) on Apr 27, 2009
I agree with Adam, no guessing. Very nice!
#6: Teresa K (fasstar) on Apr 27, 2009
Thanks to both of you.
#7: Ga Hendrick (GaHendrick) on Apr 28, 2009 [HINT]
I disagree - in the end I could have placed the numbers for horizontal lines #20 & 22 with vertical lines 3 & 4 and 35 & 36 in two different places.

The image, however, is spectacular.
#8: BlackCat (BlackCat) on Apr 28, 2009
Very clean lines.
#9: Shae (shaekin) on Apr 29, 2009 [HINT]
Ga, I believe that's what Adam was referring to as "smile logic". It's still logical and therefore no guessing.
#10: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Apr 29, 2009
Exactly, Shae. Thanks.
#11: Ga Hendrick (GaHendrick) on Apr 29, 2009
Obviously "smile logic" still escapes me. But I'll keep trying.
#12: Shae (shaekin) on Apr 30, 2009 [HINT]
Don't worry, it took me awhile to catch onto it too. Jan may have an explanation of smile logic that would be more helpful than me trying to recreate it. I have a bad habit of babbling and assuming everyone else knows what I'm talking about.

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

beautifully done - i like how you incorporated the existing grid into the stair design.
