Great picture! I really liked the flow of this puzzle - it solved very smoothly. (The first time I tried to post this comment my computer hung, so hopefully you won't get multiple comments!)#2: Marie-Louise Ambrey (marz) on Jul 5, 2007
Loved this one, fun puzzle, cool image :)#3: Bionerd (nieboo) on Oct 17, 2007 [SPOILER]

Did you get through them all, Bionerd?#5: Bionerd (nieboo) on Mar 20, 2008
I did! I'm sad it's over. I heart those kids.#6: Arduinna (arduinna) on Mar 20, 2008 [SPOILER]

oh yeah that's true!#8: Gypso (Gypso) on Mar 20, 2008
Must be spring. The younguns are talking about having kids. Yes Jan, that includes you too. :)#9: Arduinna (arduinna) on Mar 20, 2008
Lol, Gypso! I think it's been Spring for 2 years for me, then!#10: Gypso (Gypso) on Mar 20, 2008
Yay! (as Bionerd would say)#11: Bionerd (nieboo) on Mar 20, 2008
Just remember to give me a good headstart on the baby afghan. :)
My babci (grandmother) just made me a baby afghan for my future baby which isn't coming for a few more years. haha.#12: Gypso (Gypso) on Mar 20, 2008
Not such a bad idea. I have already started 2 afghans for my new grandbaby due in July. My grandson was 2 weeks old by the time I finished his. At least he wasn't in college as I had feared.#13: Jan Wolter (jan) on Mar 21, 2008
So, you two, what's you're favorite colors? :)
I've already read the entire series of Harry Potter books to my oldest son. I expect I'll never get the chance to read them to my daughter, because though she's still in kindergarten, she's a reading machine and is going to want to read them herself when she's old enough to be interested in them. Maybe I'll get to read them all aloud to Corbin one day.#14: Bionerd (nieboo) on Mar 21, 2008
I like silver and purple, actually I like all colors. But silver is my favorite. I kinda like pink too. My grandmother made me a blue one, so maybe pink will be in order.#15: Arduinna (arduinna) on Mar 21, 2008
Hmmm, green! I just bought some yarn for my cousin's baby that's due any time, so obviously, it will be finished late as well.#16: Gypso (Gypso) on Mar 21, 2008
I'm making a purple afghan for my grandson right now. It's a "dreaming blanket" that he can share with the new baby brother or sister when it arrives. I love this yarn. I love this color. Thank you Bionerd!#17: Gypso (Gypso) on Mar 21, 2008 [SPOILER]
Arduinna, there are so many shades of green. Do you like "lime jello", deep forest, pale "mint"? Good luck on your knitting project. Your cousin will be so sleep deprived for several months that she'll (he'll?) will never notice when it was finished. :)

I don't know why I didn't comment on this puzzle before. I really liked it. Great solve, too.#19: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Apr 15, 2017
Excellent Jan puzzle. As always.#20: Velma Warren (Shiro) on Mar 25, 2020
very odd image. Fun to solve. No guessing.#21: Joanne Firla (JoFirla) on Mar 25, 2020
I know I'm 12 years late to the original comments, but I want to encourage anyone who is thinking of making a blanket/afghan for a family member should go ahead and make it. My great grandmother made an afghan for me while I was only a small child. She died when I was about 7, but my grandmother held onto it and presented it to me when I got married. She explained that great grandma had made it as a wedding gift. Wow! I was stunned. 30 years later I still have it on the couch. What a keepsake that wonderful woman made for me.
