Very good! The shapes are sorted according to the rule that the "circle" on the left contains shapes which are predominantly red and the circle on the right contains shapes which have a contrasting colored box in the center.#3: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Apr 23, 2009

When solving this puzzle, I could logic out all the "shapes" and the horizontal and vertical parts of the octagonal circles, but the diagonal sides of the circles I could not get. It's easy to guess them, but I couldn't find any way to logic them.
Interesting idea for a puzzle though.
