Here's the Big Bear site with the logo:

Shouldn't that be "Alaska'n' visitor?" (unless the bears that visit your friend migrate from another state/country). :-)
Thanks for continuing my logo series, and doing a nice job.

That was fun, now I have to pay my boss back for time lost!
#4: Teresa K (fasstar) on Apr 13, 2009
Thanks, Marshall. I know what you mean. I have to make up hours all the time! LOL

Thanks for nudging me to do more B/W, Adam. You are probably right about the title. If it bothers too many people, I might change it. Right now I have to go solve-check my newest puzzle. :-)

It didn't bother me; I just like to create a stir, any way that I can. :-)

Glad you liked it.

We have beautiful bears in New England! This one is pretty!

Thanks, Jota.

Very nice. fun to solve.
Story time: While camping in Yosemite, a bear visited my cousin's campsite after midnight. He crawled in their van and slobbered on the seats and almost attacked my cousin in his tent...luckily his mother, banging pots and pans, scared him away.

Thanks, Telly. What a frightening story. It's a good thing your cousin did not turn out to be a midnight snack.

Nice picture!

We have a few bears around my neck of the woods, too. They're big cowards, and they won't bother you as long as you remember to tie your food and garbage up in a tree a good distance away from the campsite. You have to be very careful, though! Even an old chocolate bar wrapper will attract them. Telly's cousin's bear probably thought he smelled something tasty in their campsite.

Thanks, Meg.

An empty chocolate bar wrapper? That would probably attract me too! LOL I have been likened to a Mama Bear when my kids have been threaqtened (happens all the time in the disabilities field).

wonderful picture - great solve. we get bears in our neighborhoods all the time. one of my friends was taking out the trash early one morning and discovered a bear in her backyard. she freaked out and ran back in - robe and curlers and all! kinda wish i could have seen it. :-)

We've had one around all summer, last time 5:45 AM a couple of days ago, destroyed our shed.

Oh my!

Very nice picture. Thankfully, I've never run across a bear in the wild. :)
#18: Sarah Andrews (sarah) on Oct 14, 2010 [SPOILER]
beautiful picture. haven't seen bears here When I call our outside (rescue) cats to dinner at 9 pm, sometimes a skunk or possum or raccoon will run right up and eat with the cats, which makes me scream like a girl and run inside. Did you know there are all black and all white skunks? I didn't know until I meet an all black one, luckily the front end. I like Yogi Bear, Boo Boo bear and Smokey the Bear but other bears can stay away.

Teresa, working older puzzles and found this one. Great job. At first I thought it was going to be an orca then I realized it was a bear.

She looks friendly. Hopefully, you aren't standing between her and her cubs. :)
