Puzzle Description:

The first four notes of the Hallelujah Chorus by Handel, in the key of C. That is a rest symbol on the right, for the last quarter note count of "four and." Can you hear it? Hal-le-lu-jah!

The music is written in large font for the elder choir member who has poor vision and can't remember her notes. The edge of the paper is a little tattered.

For those who would like to enjoy a nice rendition:

Teresa, you have recently started to depart from the ways of the B/W elite more and more. Don't stray! :-)

So, Adam...you are an elitist?

People of color are less than the elite?

Oh HO! Oh HO, oh Ho, OH HO!!!!

...and on the Hallelujah Chorus no less. For shame, Adam. Hang your head. Tsk tsk tsk

*Ozy roars with laughter*

Adam, my friend, I could not resist. It is I who should hang my head in shame on this glorious Easter morning.

*...and still Ozy chuckles*

And I though it was going to be an easy one ...

It was easy, Jota, before I added the edges. Hehehe. I know you need a good challenge, even with a little, boring puzzle. I only did it as an excuse to play the Hallelujah Chorus.

Adam, I have done about 10 B/W puzzles in the past week. Sometimes a puzzle needs a little color, like this one, and like my Curious one that referenced your comment here. Don't worry, if I stray, it won't be too far or for too long. I love the B/W puzzles best. I'll try to think of some good ideas to please all of you. :-)

I was joking, LOL. And I know that YOU know that.

Adam, I was joking too...and I hope YOU know that. Btw Teresa, I didn't thank you for the puzzle. I had a good time solving it yesterday.

Thanks, Jodeen.

I suggest making the dot on the first quarter note red instead of black! With it being black, it's confusing, it looks like you've got only a quarter note instead of a quarter-and-a-half....making your bar only 3.5 quarters instead of 4!

Amen to Caitlin. I'm surprised she was the only comment about the timing. I thoroughly enjoyed, though. More musical puzzles.
