I made this puzzle while my daughter at 20 år was looking. She said: mom... you have to make both shoes like the one to the right. I always ask others in the room what they think of the pic. Especially my son at 9 år is wery good judging and helping me.#3: Jan Wolter (jan) on Oct 21, 2006
By the way.. it is easyer to judge a puzzle ( like paintings..) from a distance. Try to walk 2 or 3 meters away from the screen.
I often ask my kids (4 and 7 years old) if they can recognize an image I've drawn. After fiddling with something for a couple hours, I sometimes end up wondering if it looks like more than just a blob to someone who doesn't know what it's intended to be.#4: Gitte Olesen (granny40) on Oct 21, 2006
But my drawing ability is really very limited, and "recognizability" is about as much as I can hope for most of the time. Until I started making these puzzles, the only drawing I'd done since elementary school was when my kids said, "Daddy, draw a cat!" I have the feeling you have a lot more experience drawing and painting, and I think it shows in your puzzles.
You`r absolutely right about my creative talent. I just luv drawing, painting, making nice and usefull things. All kinds of sedentary activities. (I`m born with very little energy, and in decline...) I have many... tooo many hobbyes according to my husbond.#5: Mark Conger (aruba) on Oct 21, 2006
But I must admit, that I draw inspiration from already painted or drawn pics. Get an idea... google to find something I can use, and then try to make it a solverable puzzle. But of course I don`t use already made puzzles from either books nor the net.
A very cute puzzle.#6: Arduinna (arduinna) on Jul 28, 2008 [SPOILER]

That was quite fun! Love the title.#10: Emily Brower (Emimonster) on Jun 24, 2016
This one's great! No fiddly bits, no super long bouts of just coloring in until the next hard bit. Fun fun fun! Thanks!#11: John Reid (femvoxfan) on Jun 25, 2020
Challenging, and a great final picture. Nice!
