What a beautiful picture! This is a great puzzle.

Very nice.

Kind of an interesting puzzle design technique too. The image is basically all solid color masses, without large areas of white. But just enough white "snow" has been scattered around to make the puzzle reasonably challenging.

I expect that it is pretty difficult to get just right. Too little snow and the puzzle isn't interesting. Too much and the image looks bad. You found a nice balance here.

I think part of what make it work well in this image is that in many places the "snow" has different colors on either side. This makes it much more effective in adding puzzle difficulty, and visually just adds a sort of white fringe around things.

So that's what makes the image so cool, Jan :). Loved loved loved this picture!
