Ok I guess I have to spell it out for you.
CC's - there are two large C's on the front
electrified - there seems to be some sort of electricity coming out of the bottom of the object
bunny rabbit - the shape of the object reminds me of the shape of bugs bunny's head, alternatively the two white things sticking up in the middle are a bit like rabbit ears
locks - the curved line over the top makes me think of a padlock

so there you have it "CC's electrified bunny rabbit locks"

I agree with m2. That's what I saw too. But then again, I'd never seen this logo either. I had a lot of fun solving it, thanks Adam!
