Quaker Oats Logo. Oatmeal is a hearty, healthy breakfast food, don't you think? The Quaker trademark ("man in Quaker garb") was registered in 1877. Quaker Oats was the first to put pieces of china in the cereal box, and the first to feature a recipe on the box (for oatmeal bread).

They put pieces of china in the cereal? China, like the ceramic stuff, or China, like dirt they got from the country China? Sounds difficult to eat. Anyways, great puzzle, I really enjoyed working it. I appreciate you attaching the original image.
