I guess I don't understand your description of "minor child?"
I was thinking this was going to be a picture of someone with a cleft palate or a cleft lip.

A minor child is any person from the age of 0 to 18, at which age the minor child legally becomes an adult. A baby is a minor. The cute little cleft in his chin is probably the last part of the puzzle you solve.

Famous people with a cleft chin include Kirk Douglas, Christopher Reeve, Cary Grant, Albert Einstein, Beethoven, David Bowie, Jim Carrey, Simon Cowell, Ted Turner, and Popeye!

A cleft chin is unique trait resulting in a dimple on the chin. There is a 100% chance that a child will have a cleft chin when both parents are visible carriers of the gene. My Dad has one, and so do I.

I know what a "minor" is, LOL. I have never heard it called a "minor child" before. When you added the word "child," that was what threw me, since it seems redundant. And yes, the cleft was the last part to be solved.

the cheek dimples were the last part I finished.
nice.

Some children are minors, some children are adults. Some adults are children. Some children are pesky. Oops, wrong puzzle. :)

Beautiful image. Dimples were last for me. More lace please :)

Thanks, Mary. Do you like the little ribbons on the side? BTW, I did this one from my head, not from a photo or any image. I had to really work with it to make it solvable.

Teresa, I thought it was a lace ruffle, part of a cap that went off the edge of the puzzle. I have a couple of puzzles that are half entered. Maybe I'll get to work on them tonight. Making them solvable while retaining the image is difficult.

I thought you were going to call his dimples "minor clefts" :)

For most of the solve I thought it would be some sort of buddha/sun god, though I can't see how that would fit the title.
Cute final image!
(last part I solved were the eyes)
