Puzzle Description:

A Jackson Pollock!

#1: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jan 22, 2009 [SPOILER]

Nothing is worse than a Jackson Pollock. Except for a puzzle on webpbn based on a Jackson Pollock.

When I say "nothing would be better than that" do I mean that something is singularly worthless, or superlatively excellent?

Don't make me webpbn a Reinhardt painting.

See my puzzle #290 ("Jackson") whose discussion inspired puzzle #293 (Piet). I'm a huge Pollock fan, but Mondrian never did much for me

The grid is way too small to get the real effect of a Pollack, since his paintings were usually the size of a two-car garage floor...but that's okay! Funny concept! Thanks!

It's small and logically solvable... it could be much worse!

Aren't all pbn puzzles sort of tributes to Seurat or one of the other pointilists (at least if you stand back far enough)?

Funny concept, though.

I never thought having a chimp throw buckets of paint at a canvas constituted art, but then that's just me.

<smile>

Very funny, Vindersloon. At least it was challenging.
