Puzzle Description:
My concept of Loial, the Ogier. He was constantly pulling his moustaches which were long and bushy and somehow connected to his eyebrows. Loial is young, does not have the full Ogier beard yet.

Loial is a young ogier wandering through a science fiction series Wheel of Time (?) by Robert Jordan. Ogiers are huge, human-like creatures, can run as fast as a horse, faster than a horse could carry them. Ogiers are builders too. Never heard of Loial, but I have heard of Ringo Starr, which the final image also looks like.
