Puzzle Description:

My concept of Loial, the Ogier. He was constantly pulling his moustaches which were long and bushy and somehow connected to his eyebrows. Loial is young, does not have the full Ogier beard yet.

Nice puzzle! It took me awhile, but I was able to complete it without using your hint.

Who or what is Loial?

He reimnds me of a fancy French guy from the 1800's.

Loial is a young ogier wandering through a science fiction series Wheel of Time (?) by Robert Jordan. Ogiers are huge, human-like creatures, can run as fast as a horse, faster than a horse could carry them. Ogiers are builders too. I tried to find some fan pictures but couldn't.

Found to be logically solvable by gator.

Not sure why I had to mark this as solvable since it was completely line logic solvable.

Never heard of Loial, but I have heard of Ringo Starr, which the final image also looks like. Found the ending of the puzzle (the collar and left shoulder) to be quite exasperating, requiring a fair amount of "look ahead".

This puzzle has some forces black/dot cells towards the end of the puzzle, but it is still line logic.
