Lucky you!
#2: Minnie Fuerstnau (m.fuerstnau) on Jan 18, 2009
Harder than I thought! Great puzzle for its size- thanks.
#3: Jan Wolter (jan) on Jan 18, 2009 [HINT]
Lots of tricky color logic. Keeping track of what cells can be green is kind of hard.
#4: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jan 19, 2009
Dito #3.

i had lots of fun making this puzzle, but not as much fun as i am having with my Ipod. Its black by the way not green but i think the green makes it harder

Drawing it diagonally was a good call too, as otherwise it would have been dead easy.
#7: Twillis (twillis) on Jan 20, 2009 [SPOILER]
Ah, yes, I meant to comment on the diagnoal angle too, that made it more fun for sure.

I probably enjoyed solving this puzzle more than most of the ones I have done lately...not because the solution was so wonderful (um...I'm a fuddy duddy in some ways and I thought it was a poor rendition of an office golf putting green until the author proclaimed it an IPOD)...but the logic was GREAT...and it was COMPLETELY SOLVABLE by logic. This is my favorite kind of puzzle...although it's always a bonus if:
1) I recognize the object
2) The object is aesthetically pleasing
and/or
3) the solution has a clever twist

Thank you bexie...and kudos to you!

Very fun puzzle. The color logic is top-notch.
#15: Byrdie (byrdie) on Jan 2, 2011
Not an exceptional image but a nice challenge to solve.
#16: Edith Clark (eclark) on Jul 25, 2011
I agree with very fun to solve. I used edge logic to get the 2 black squares on the top row after I had them narrowed down to 3 spaces along with a little guess and check because of all the black 2's.

Fun solve.

Good puzzle... the IPOD is surely now in the bottom of a drawer, because he has all his music on his iphone - could anyone have imagined it?
#19: Koreen (mom24plus) on Oct 25, 2020
Claudia, I was just thinking how so much has changed in 11+ years!

Nice depiction; knew what it was early on. Based on the puzzle date, I imagine this was a Gen6 - the first one to be called the "Classic." Remember when i-things were $229?
