quality: difficulty:
solvability: line logic only
Puzzle Description:
Archie Andrews, from the comic strip Archie. Imagine him as a redhead for a more realistic image. The hardest part was getting those tiny, 1-pixel "freckles" to solve logically. Requested by Qwerty (hence the title).

I love the freckles! I recognized him as soon as I got the bow tie and part of the hair. I'm always amazed that you made so many great puzzles. I've been solving my way through yours and Teresa's puzzles. As a veteran puzzle-maker, do you have any advice for a newcomer? Seeing you and Teresa making so many great puzzles inspired me to try my hand at one to see what drives you to make them, and before I knew it I had 4 ready for publication. I'm not sure how good they are, though. What makes a puzzle good, or alternatively, what makes a puzzle bad? A good image, difficulty, fun to solve, clever/obscure title, what? I know some things to avoid, like patterns, text and excessive use of color (well, the last one isn't a hard and fast rule, but it's something that bugs me). What's your secret?#13: BlackCat (BlackCat) on Sep 18, 2016
Really great image. I really thought it was Howdy Dooty.#14: Kathy Roth (clyde) on Sep 28, 2017
