Found to require some guessing by jan.

I was able to painstaking solve nearly the entire puzzle by logic, but the 9x9 area in the lower left defeated me. These diagonal lines in square regions are just tough. If the lower part of the stem weren't completely separated from the upper part by those two blacks it might work out.

A nice enough puzzle aside from that, though I've never seen a tulip with leaves like that.
