You went from giving the image away in the title (with ones like "small dog, "camel" and others) to the complete opposite. Now the titles don't make any sense.
#2: sanane samanye (maceraseven) on Dec 17, 2008
so?
#3: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Dec 17, 2008
So why do that? Just give them a normal title, that doesn't give anything away. Is that so hard? Apparently for you it must be. So I won't pester you anymore, little guy.

i have, like anyone else, right to name my puzzles as i want to. if you insist otherwise, please don't solve my puzzles, in that manner anyone else's who does not fit your naming conventions. thus, i would be so happy if you don't pester me with further naming criteria big guy.

Chill out, home slice. I am not criticizing your puzzles. I just made an innocent suggestion about a way to improve your titles,FOR EVERYONE'S BENEFIT, INCLUDING YOUR OWN. If you think you are "too good" for improvement on anything, then you need a very quick eye-opener.

Adam... find a book on "constructive" criticism. Then read it ;) You might like it.
#9: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Dec 19, 2008
Nah, you know I won't like it. I like me the way I am. That's all that matters.
#10: m2 (mercymercy) on Dec 20, 2008
So the trail of wounded souls behind you doesn't bother you Adam?
#11: Jota (jota) on Dec 20, 2008
I totally agree with # 1 comment and I think that # 2 was an improper response.
#12: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Dec 22, 2008
It's not my fault people may get "wounded." If they choose to be that way, so be it. Thank you for your comment, Jota.
#13: m2 (mercymercy) on Dec 23, 2008
It amazes me once again, Adam, that you refuse to take any responsibility for your actions. Hardly "christlike".
#14: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Dec 23, 2008
Looks who's talking. Just ignore me. That's what you should do.
#15: m2 (mercymercy) on Dec 24, 2008
No! I refuse to just look the other way as you claim your right to harass new puzzle makers. Jan has created a place with freedom of speech and that freedom goes both ways. We are many here who would prefer that respect rule. You, Adam, are a bully and if you can't see that, then you need to start talking with somebody.

While I'm ranting I would like to say that I am dissappointed in Sylvain as well. You used to be a champion for kindness but you have fallen into the "WOT" trap.

Some people have been here so long that they have such high demands on puzzles that new people have no chance. No chance to meet thost demands or even to know what they are. Give people a break. This place is a waste of time and if it wasn't we wouldn't come here. We are given a wonderful gift and we should cherish it and treat it with respect.

Once again Jan I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This site has given me many wonderful hours of fun and relaxation. It has helped me get through tough times as well. There are many puzzles I have struggled through with tears in my eyes from the pressures of life. Often times those tears have subsided by the end of the puzzle.

I would also like to thank ALL of the puzzle makers. You each have your own style and charm. I enjoy the simpler puzzles and honestly even coloring. I don't always need to tax my brain. I also enjoy all the other challenges that have been provided to me free of charge. Every day there are new presents waiting for me. Comments and puzzles.

Thank you all for your generosity!

M2: In my opinion, when a puzzle is just a "fill in the blanks" with no challenge, it's a WOT. I started using it and will continue to do it if i feel a puzzle is not such. As for you calling it a "trap" could be construed as offensive and taken the other way, provoking a discussion like many other senseless ones i've read here.

When people provoke others with passive aggressive responses like SO? In my book they are to blame for what comes to them.

When you infer that after you had this beautiful site for a long time, I came to set TRAPS, you are, in my opinion, being passive aggressive towards me, but don't worry I won't bite because i don't think it's worth it.

Happy Holidays!!!

Thank you again, Jota, (as always) for wonderfully explaining yourself.

Judy, I feel bad for the many problems in your life, and for the countless tears you have shed. I hope you can overcome all your trials this coming year.
#18: Sylvain "WCPman" (qwerty) on Dec 25, 2008
Judy I,m sorry to disappointed you, but my feeling are that with so many very good puzzle here you should analyse your hability to create something good for other member. I nearly stop creating new puzzle cause it take me many more hour to come up with an image I feel is on the level with the standard usually found here now. I think that it a matter of respect to try to do something pleaeful for all other rather than just uploading random pixel with a title or quality lacking image.

I agrre with Jan that being here is not something productive but when I choose to spend time on here I want this time to be joyful and not "waste" solving unpleasant puzzle put here by people lacking the self judging hability to see that their work just don't cut it with the mutual standard.

Some new user produce excellent work and that why the quality always rise up here on the website. But other come here and without checking what been post before just trow tones and tones of poor quality stuff and that is sad in my opinion.

this is my humble opinion and I'm sorry if some user get offend by it. I always been straitforward with my comment both good or bad and I don't think I'll going to change anytime soon. By commenting WOT its not an aggression on the user but on the puzzle itself.

happy holiday to all
