Well, this is weird. I was just plugging away at this puzzle and all of a sudden it starting erasing itself. Now it's blank. Any suggestions?

I think your puzzle is spot on for recreating the original.

I couldn't recreate the erasing on my board. I was thinking you had leaned on a button on the keyboard or accidentally sat on the mouse or had a pet sitting on a key. Hope that mysterious problem is no more.

Hm. If your computer was running out of free memory *and* the "black square" image got swapped out of its cache, then the black squares could wink out. Ditto for the green squares. So maybe it's that?
