Not only massive guessing required, but a completely horrendous rendition, with exhaustingly tedious and superfluous "background" filler. Sorry, but two thumbs DOWN.

For a minute, I was actually thinking this was a self-portrait of your intestines, but instead I think you drew what was inside them.

This puzzle must have changed because There was no need for guessing and the picture was clear.
