True Jyo. 2 x chromosomes is the normal number for girls but there are girls born with 1, 3, 4 and sometimes more. The more the number of x chromosomes varies from 2 the more likely that you will have some sort of issues. A girl with three is also less likely to be affected than a girl with one since the body tends to inactivate all x chromosomes over one.#7: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Dec 18, 2024
