Ohno, Apolo Anton.

The system said I should check to make sure the puzzle was solvable without guessing. I did, and I believe it is, but please correct me if I am mistaken. I may have inadvertently applied "I know-the-solution-already" logic. :)

Moderate lookahead for the red bits top right I think?

Very nice.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by valerie.

I thought for sure this was Mr. Bill from Saturday Night Live a zillion years ago. No idea who Apolo Anton is!

Line and color logic to 94%.

There are eight blank squares in rows 1-4, columns 19-20. Vertically, there are three red squares there. Since rows 2-4 end with a 2, the only way to add to 3 squares in that region is to use the 1 in row 1. So row 1 columns 1-17 is dots.

From there, line logic to finish.

Valerie, the blue/black change works great. Thank you.

Nice puzzle, Yonah: a fun solve and a lot of action shown for a smaller puzzle. I did not know who Apolo Anton was either...I assumed he must be a speed skater.

Norma, that made my day! I am very glad!!!!

ditto #7. Thanks, Valerie.

Great image, sneaky title. I was still seeing it as a slip and fall until I read the description.

Apolo Anton Ohno is a retired Olympic speed skater.

Clever!

I didn't have the person, but once I had the red things and the general shape of the person, I had the video of Australian Steven Bradbury winning gold at Salt Lake City pop into my head. Hah! I'm watching it again, and Apolo Ohno got silver that race. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwWt3jNhsv4
