C3: If the 9 is within R3-15, R11C5 is white. If the 9 is within R17-30, the 6 in C4 will need to be within R5-16, which puts white into C5 everywhere adjacent to it except R11. At most, the 15 in C5 can go up to R11, so we can mark R20-25 C5 black. LL.
C6: EL puts the 6 in R4-9 or in R10-15. Either way, R12-13 C7 are black. LL.
C19: EL marks R11 white.
This gets me to 48%, but I'm not seeing a logical next step at the moment.
