Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by dbouldin.

Need to look this one up...haven't heard of it before :)

My brief research reminds me of the game Exploding Kittens?

I'm with David on all counts!

Initial line & color logic solves the blue and starts the black, but I forgot to record a %.

R1: EL marks C9-14 black. LL.

C7: If the remaining 2 is in R12-13, C8 is invalid. LL.

R7: EL marks C11-13 black. (C18 must be white to have room for the last 1 in R8, the rest can be marked in EL v. the 4 in R8.) LL.

R25: EL puts black in C15. LL.

R21: EL marks C16-17 black.

LL to finish.

It is more complicated than Exploding Kittens but I can see some similarity. I describe it as UNO on crack. Closest thing I can think of. haha... we love this game. If you are into crazy fun games and have at least a handful of players, this is worth the purchase.

Hadn't heard of it, sounds interesting.
