Here's an educated shot in the dark for you Kristen (because our coincidences have become commonplace), do you know Mischa Krilov?

I do not, but we have 5 mutual friends (besides you). Looks like he may have played Ingress, based on the friends. ;)

The reason I thought there might be a chance is that he is a New Orleans native that is big into gaming, board-gaming, Renfests, etc. I know he does (or did) a lot of game-related social events and volunteering. He's a Creative Writing major turned IT guy. But the main reason I thought you might know (of) him is that he a memorable character and people tend to remember him. I've run into people in Texas AND Tennessee that know him even if fleetingly. He and I were roommates Freshman year LSU. So many stories!

I was mostly on the outskirts of the New Orleans scene, but the fact that I have several friends in common with him shows that all the nerds in NOLA know each other, to some degree :)

One might say the nerd-adjacency matrix is asymptotically complete with an overlap coefficient approaching one?

All I know is that he just popped up as a Person I May Know, in my FB feed today.
