I did my best to make it difficult, yet logically solvable. There is a lot of edge logic and some two way logic, especially with the black in the bottom left.

Initial line & color logic gets to 98% with only black remaining.

R30: Wherever the black 3 is placed, it puts black in R28C11. LL.

R25: If black is placed in C7, it makes R27 invalid.
