Puzzle Description:

We called an uber and had to walk a few blocks because of the street closures. It was dark so when I walked toward the uber, I didn't see the support for the street closure sign. And that's my hard luck tale.

Wow! Quite a story! Enjoyed all the puzzles.

Uff! What a day!

Sigh...good story and fun pictures to solve. Only down side...it's true, and you'll be sporting that boot for awhile.

It won't make you feel any better, but you really came out of that not too badly, considering that some of those type falls result in surgeries that require what seems like endless down time in a cast.

I hope each day you can wake up and say that your fracture feels just a little better than it did three days ago. May you heal quickly and completely, Belita. Are you able to get outside for a bit? Birdsong heals!

Thanks to all the well-wishers. I'm not doing too badly. I'm surrounded by my computer, books, and knitting. I'm always amazed at how the body heals itself. You just leave the bones lined up and they grow back together. We can't make machines that do that.
