Puzzle Description:
Once a month there is an art walk when all the local galleries are open and the streets are crowded with people, venders, and food trucks. But this was the biggest event of the year. The street was closed to traffic for about a half mile and crammed full of people, street musicians, fine art, and not-so-fine crap.
