That's too bad, I hope you feel better soon.

It's damnably inconvenient, but I can't say it hurts at all, except for the first day when I was trying to walk on it. It's my right foot, so I can't drive. I have to take a leave of absence from work, and I live in a split-level so there are stairs everywhere.

Oh, no, that's such a difficult thing to put up with!

Now you have to invent a really crazy explanation for how it happened. And you could make puzzles about it!

I might as well do that. I have some time on my hands.

My kiddo had a fancy boot cast last winter. I thought it was really neat how they inflate the different chambers to make it fit each person exactly right. Though he wouldn't wear it, and anyway I thought it would be a danger for him to wear it on the stairs. Somehow he healed up anyway.

When I first saw the title I thought it might be referring to one of Aldege's frozen boot awards. Haven't seen one of them in quite a while.

I'm sorry you have to go through it all...but if your boot looks like the one you created here, you're stylin' while you're healin'...or maybe I should say heelin'...lol. Here's to a safe, rapid recovery, Belita.

Wow! I thought from the title it was going to be about losing your job with the follow-ups derailing what a bad boss you had, and then as the image started shaping up to be a space shuttle (with it's nose upside-down) I really imagined the details of losing your job! Hopefully not mid-space!
