C28: No matter where the black 2 is placed, R20-21 C27 are black.

Hi all, thanks for solving my puzzle! It's the first one I've made.

I hope that the last bit isn't too frustrating. The first draft had a lot more white and was beyond my current ability to solve. But as I added more color to make it more logical, the image became less compelling. I attempted a compromise, knowingly leaving things a bit ambiguous, but also trying to leave enough breadcrumbs for a solve.

My thought was: I think I got it to the point where there are only a few possibilities, and once R9-R14 are in place, which I'm pretty sure can be logically done, one might use the image to suggest what to try with the remainder.

It's a nice image.
