Puzzle Description:

2 words, 7 letters.

Fun solve, but I haven't a clue what the palindrome is
#2: Sarah Koenig (homemaker) on May 15, 2023
Eager for someone to post what it is. Great puzzle!
#3: Jota (jota) on May 16, 2023
NI!
#4: Valerie Mates (valerie) on May 16, 2023
Judy - A palindrome is a word or phrase that you can read forward or backward and get the same thing. A simple one would be "kayak" -- if you spell it backward, it's still "kayak."
#5: Valerie Mates (valerie) on May 16, 2023
Jota, what does NI! mean? Just curious! It looks like Monty Python, but I'm guessing it's something else?
#6: Bill Eisenmann (Bullet) on May 16, 2023
Probably "No Idea"
#7: Yonah Kondor (yokon965) on May 16, 2023
I'm reading the two dots in the center as a colon, and then imagining that as a ratio symbol, given that there are numbers on either side (well, top/bottom) of it... And while the numbers clearly don't represent plausible times on a digital clock, I'm going with this guess anyway:

ETA RATE

... Am I even close?
#8: Belita (belita) on May 16, 2023 [SPOILER]
It seems like the first four should be a five for the pattern to work out. I'm trying to work that observation into a palindrome, but not coming up with one.

If this is a symbolism for read-only memory, then the answer to how much we need is always MORE ROM...(?)
#10: Andrew Schultz (blurglecruncheon) on May 17, 2023
The number values matter! Yonah's guess could make a great puzzle in the future, but here it's something much less technological.
#11: Jota (jota) on May 17, 2023
Valerie, Bill is correct! No Idea!
#12: Yonah Kondor (yokon965) on May 17, 2023 [SPOILER]
There are 18 green numbers... 18 greens... Golf? And the blue numbers are typical stroke counts... PAR...
The numbers ascend down the first column, until they... WRAP.

PAR WRAP

?!?!?!!
#13: Andrew Schultz (blurglecruncheon) on May 17, 2023 [SPOILER]
Oh, that's a really good alternate solution, Yonah! I hadn't thought of it.

I guess I made the numbers too typical and close to par, because the intended solution was GOLF LOG. But you deserve full credit!

Ni Odea what NI means ....
#15: Yonah Kondor (yokon965) on May 17, 2023 [SPOILER]
Now that you mention it, Golf Log makes a lot more sense than my guess. :) I would have indeed thought twice about using 'Par' if I saw some stroke counts more akin to my skill level i.e. 7s, 8s, or 9s.
#16: Andrew Schultz (blurglecruncheon) on May 17, 2023 [SPOILER]
Well, on reflection, I think I could have organized the scores as follows:

Scores over par = red
Scores under par = green
Par = blue

Maybe it's worth submitting a new version to clue things better--while it's fun to know people are considering other logical possibilities I hadn't, I'd like to give good and not too on-the-nose clues!
#17: Gary Webster (glwebste) on May 25, 2023
Too sneaky for my blood. Good palindromes, though!
#18: JoDeen Mozena (ozymoe) on May 27, 2023 [SPOILER]
I have never golfed, so this left me out...hmmm...out...now there's a game I know...lol baseball! (or perhaps tennis)
