Power washed inside and out.

You got that right.

Maybe that's why our bathroom keeps getting flooded from the bathroom immediately above us. Perhaps the residents upstairs are power washing their walls? Sometimes we walk in to an inch of water on our floor. Sometimes it's just a drip over our toilet. We only have one bathroom so it's not a lot of fun. We report it but like so many apartments they won't pay enough to attract workiers who are competant.

Wow. That's crazy Norma. So sorry you have to deal with that. Ugh.

Although that does make for an interesting mental image of your neighbors if they are doing that. haha Good luck.

I didn't know how much of an issue a little loose calking connecting the side of the shower to the wall was until I opened the downstairs closet and everything inside was absolutely drenched.

Ugh. I hate water problems. Looking for a silver lining, I guess that helped keep the dust down. Note to self: aim for the top floor in a retirement community.
