I'm from a small town in Arizona which is about 6 miles from another small town, our closest rival. One year, at the annual Thanksgiving football game they decidid to have the bands stand side by side under one of the goal posts to play the National Anthem. Then they marched forward a ways and then each band turned and marched to where they were seated. Well, everybody else did and I didn't. As a trombone player I marched in the front row. A bee dicided to join in by buzzing around between my face and the music holder on my trombone. My attention was fixated on the bee and it took me a while to rtealize I was marching down the field, All by myself.

I was born and raised in Globe, AZ. I lived in Tempe for quited a few years. Am in north Phoenix now where we used to go for rides when I lived in Tempe and where I live now was nothing but desert.

I'm enjoying this among a bunch of other puzzles that popped up when I took a short break! The extra story is always a nice bonus.
