Ouch! I didn't mean to be misleading. The marks at the top were meant to be non-physical.

So maybe I should've said "not blue" instead. I realize a bit late I should've drawn half the lines green and half the lines black & maybe that would've clued things better. But I was having too much fun drawing and coloring the bottom bits.

It clues the first word, which sort of has a double meaning. The second word--well, there are several sweaters, so it ends in S.

Dang it. I thought this wasn't going to be obscure. But I think the palindrome itself (in 24 hours if nobody gets it) will get a chuckle.
