Interesting that you should mention this, Joanne because that is what started my interest in old fashioed words. I was browsing on Youtube and this song came up and as it went through my mind I though, "Now, that's a word you don't hear anymore."

Well, I'm glad it inspired you to make these puzzles. I'm totally enjoying them. Most of the archaic words I recognize from your (9 so far) "old fashioned words" puzzles. I guess that qualifies me as old. lol

I have heard all of them so I guess that makes me ancient. LOL Which, come to think of it is quite true.

I thought about doing that, but I realized since these were old words there would be solvers that may be uaware of their existence. So it's kind of hard to guess when you never heard of the answer.
