#2 They're made of plush material and while we haven't had them long they seem relatively sturdy so far. They're also bigger than her head so they're not getting knocked around the house, just off the windowsill. I remember reading somewhere that cats are proof that the world in not flat. Otherwise they would have knocked everything over the edge by now.
