Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by valerie.#2: Valerie Mates (valerie) on Dec 30, 2022 [HINT]
I solved it by trying the 2 in row 20 in various places, which quickly got to a contradiction, leaving just one place where it could go. The rest was line and color logic.#3: Jota (jota) on Dec 31, 2022

The 2 in r15 can be in c8-9 without a conflict for at least 4 steps.
That, combined with the fact that you have to try the 2 from six different positions before you can definitely say where it goes puts this solidly in Deep Lookahead
However, you can use the 5 in r10 for moderate lookahead.
if it were in c10-14, (combined with the white that it would force in c9) it would leave no room for the 1 in r7. So r10c14 must be white
LL
extended EL on the same 5:
if it were in c9-13, the 3s in c12-13 would satisfy the 2 in r8. That will leave nowhere for the 1 in r7 again. So r10c13 must be white
LL to finish
