Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by wombatilim.

EL on the top and bottom completely places the 12 and 14, respectively. You'll need both.

After you've run out of LL again, use some more EL on R11 to completely place the 6.

LL finishes.

This is a donut-shaped track with a ball inside. The red blotches in the puzzle are holes in the top that the cat can put a paw through to hit the ball. The ball is actually the same color as the track (it's all pink), but using black here makes it stand out better.

This is the second (and last) bona-fide cat toy on Zuul's favorite toys list. We're actually on our third one: The first she managed to knock the ball out enough times it wouldn't stay in anymore, and the second one got stepped on. We have a fourth on standby, she loves it so much.

We also have a 3-tier version with a ball on each tier. Zuul plays with that one occasionally, but the balls are lighter so they don't move as fast, so it never holds her attention for long like this one can.

Kiwi, on the other hand, prefers the one with the lighter balls. Probably because they don't move as fast.

We have a similar, more complicated toy for our dogs... Nice puzzle!
