Nice solve. Interesting picture.

Initial line & color logic completes 94%, with just some black remaining in the lower left quadrant.

R28: IEL marks C1-5 white. LL.

R17: The 6 cannot go in C1-6 or it creates a contradiction in R16. LL.

R19: The 5 cannot go in C1-6 or it creates a contradiction in R20. LL.

R16: No matter where the 5 is placed, R17C15 is black.

Deep lookahead R20: If C20-21 is black, the 3 in C17 is pushed into R16, forcing the 5 in that row into C17-21. This is a contradiction since the clues in C19-20 would already be accounted for. Therefore, R20 C20-21 are white. LL finishes.

I don't see a moderate way to accomplish that last step, so I am marking this one as deep lookahead.
