it;s simple. just a doodle. hell, a whole line can be placed. but I like to try to do detail in a small grid. Ol Uncle Fred has an ear, a roundness to his face, a recognizable nose, glasses(that are not symmetric). it's absolutely simple. but a level of detail in a small space that only some can do well. I was just going back to one of K's where she did an elephant in neg space. and had to listen to a song after revisiting comments. I will try to come more often. if Valerie is listening...Jan did amazing by creating this site. we all are friends, even if we never met in person. or we take our breaks. He created a community. something bigger than himself. a true hero in my book

He'd never do that, would he? Hebrew is close enough. I called my grandmother "Busha"...short for "babushka", and I have a Polish background. it's the same word in Russian. same thing applies....

I didn't name me. Mom was/is a Jesus-freak. not that I'm not religious at all, but she went over the top. the lady is absolutely loaded. multi-millionaire. No way I see any of that....and I'd say even on the crazy side. She goes to Church multiple times/day for Mass. Every dime she has is going to the Church. She inherited it from Dad, when he died. And so much for that. I'll keep working for the undiscernible future...... ;)

In our family, doctor and lawyer would be scorned on. You wanted your kid to be a priest. multiple cousins are indeed priests. or monsignors. I think one you might have even heard of...
